The sugar content in a serving of regular orange juice is so disgusting!! I use a little less than the serving (8 oz.) and add water to lessen the bolt of sugar. This morning I experimented with adding the antioxident power of berries and came up with something rather surprising!
Ingredients
1/4 cup frozen berry mix (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
6 oz. regular orange juice
2 oz. water
Put everything into a blender and blend well.
**UPDATE: Add one tablespoon of ground flax meal for even more health benefits. It dissolves so well you don't even know it's in there.
